Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your AuraHomes candles as much as we love making them. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, here is our simple and transparent return & refund policy:

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it.

  • To be eligible, the candle must be unused, unlit, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns will not be accepted for candles that have been burned, used, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund as per your choice.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of your refund status.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Candles that have been used, lit, or altered.

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.

NOTE :- Since all AuraHomes candles are hand-poured and handmade, slight differences in color or texture may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects and make every candle beautifully unique.
